The seat section of uniform plywood is broken by the unconventional connections between the legs. The legs pass through the seat emphasizing the structural construction which is also a design detail. The effect is outstanding in the two-colour version.
​The upholstered Malmö Chair version offers a wider range of more comfortable seating variants in a simple Scandinavian style. Ergonomically shaped from monolithic plywood; upholstered along its entire length; it is complemented by straight legs made of solid wood.
